Getting a sad noise from my T-case on a 91 YJ. When I drop into 4h sometimes it won't go in at all and when it does it sounds like it is jumping a tooth somewhere. Any Ideas?

Prolly chain is stretched and jumping.

definitely check the chain, but before you dig into the case make sure your shifter linkage is adjusted properly. I've seen it loosen up and make you think something is much more fawked than it really is... :D

Ditto on the chain. I've got a 231 chain from a 90YJ sitting in the shop, let me know if you want it and we can work something out. I'm in Denver too.

Considering who my brother is and add the fact that he gave me a heads up that you guys can be pretty brutal. I think that I will stay here in the newbie section for awhile.
