Which 1 inch body lift/and 1 inch motor mount lift should i get?

Will the motor lift keep my DL vibes away with a 3 inch suspension lift?

I was looking at the M.O.R.E. mounts and lift for my 00 TJ it has the 4.0 and auto tranny.

You could do that. Though I wonder if you would might be better off to buy a SYE kit and driveshaft. For a cheaper rear driveline you can cut down a stock front driveline if you can find one from a friend or on the net. Then all you would need to buy is the SYE kit itself. Tom Woods has a good kit out.

To answer your original question. The motor mount lift and body lift will work some. Though you still may need to adjust the pinion angle at the pumkin.

The MORE rubber mounts are the best for vibes. Body lifts are much the same. You could do the stack block type, or the replacement poly units with the lift built in.

You could also move the 3 body mounts on the frame up on each side under the rocker to get them up out of the way.

she is going to get a SYE or an atlasII i havent decided yet.but that will happen down the road when she gets her RE 6'' longarm kit and axles. the 3'' is temporary fix to the stocker blues and the 1 inch body lift fits in to future plans as well as the motor lift.she just has to wait until i get done fine tuning mine before we will start building hers.

With a 3" lift, just an SYE kit should take care of it, but with bigger lifts, the motor mounts help too.
I have the 4.5" RE on mine and I still have some slight vibes because I'm using the hack n tap RE SYE...
Used a Currie 1" MM and Body lift, and the vibes are gone. About $80 each

You'll have to readjust the rear pinion several times. Once for the SYE, then again with the MMs'. No big deal though .

I second that, the MORE torsion rubber mounts are the way to go.

As far as body lift goes, I went with JKS 1.25". Very complete kit and seems to do the job just fine.

I have RE 3" Springs with the cut N Paste RE SYE Kit and upper rear adjustable control arms.

No vibes!

I'll be building a flat skidplate this winter so Ill guess Ill have to build some motor mount spacers from 1 inch flat stock or cut some 1" pucks from round stock and drill and tap them. Hmmm.

I'll make you some out of round stock when we do the flat skid.

I'll also sell the motor mount lifts soon too.

I've heard a few case of that, but I've had no problems at all with mine...

I was just going to make it out of round stock, a chop saw, drill press and a tap. :flipoff2:

Should I send over the ACAD drawings and give you thread and bolt size?

Naw, I'm not doing anything like yours - overly complicated for me. I like it simple :D

Phil
Already know the metric thread size/pitch/length anyway, and that's all I need.

Whatever works. :)

I think the pucks would be better though, just simpler to fabricate. If our CDN dollar didn't suck so bad I would buy some from Sheldon.

Blasted economy.
