Just thought I would introduce myself as I am a "newbie". I have in the past few years been infected with the "tlc disease". During this time I have found this site which helps relieve some of the pain and itching of the affliction. Seriously, you guys are a gold mine of information and have helped me even without having to ask a single ?. Just thought I would say Hi, now don't hurt me to bad. Thanks, kelly

Thanks guys for your welcome, hey Eric, hows it going. I won't start that trans swap till probabley march, work gets in the way. How's your cruiser coming. For those interested I am in Palmdale CA, and have a '72 and a '78 FJ40. I bought the '72 a few years ago all stock and have since added rear lock rights, limited slip in the front, a ramsey winch, roll cage. I have acquired some sm420 and addition 3 spd tc for a trans swap this spring. I bought the '78 9 months ago cuz I can be without one these things not running, kind of like a good women, though they are a lot harder to come by. Thanks, again.

You said it best "work gets in the way", but it's coming along. The new motor, tranny & transfer are in, it's all wired up just waiting for some parts now. Hope to have it fired up by mid-Jan, can't wait to hear the big-block roar.:D :D
