I just traded my 4runner for this truck and it came off the board.


1990 Toyota Excab DX V6 5 speed
interior is SR5 upgraded- it was blue ALL of the interior was replaced 9 months ago
SR5 cluster swap
coustom SR5 upolstered door pannels
SR5 Taco buckets and center console
Radio Shack CB in ashe tray
Pioneer CD player with brand new polk speekers
Suspenion has been major upgraded in the last 6 months. ALL PARTS ARE NEW!
SAS using All Pro hy-steer, AP spacers, FJ60 rotors, new pad , Procomp SS brake lines, home brew front hanger, All Pro shackles through the frame front long-slip driveshaft made by South Bay Drivelines, 85 toyota axel totaly rebuilt, Marfields, diff breather, springs are 85 toy rear hybrids. Sky U bolt flip and sky shock hoops with procomp 14" travel shocks, Warn hubs

Rear is the ever so popular 63" Chevy spring swap (late model that moves the axle back farther) with 3 in blocks, and a sky U bolt flip kit, Procomp brake line, and new brake shoes. brive shaft is a 1 piece convertion coustom driveshaft made by South Bay drive lines.relocated shocks with 14" travel procomps, diff breather. Lock right still in the box will fit the rear V6 diff

Tires are 35x12.5x15 Procomp MTs mounted on 15x10 Eagle Alloy 589 series......75%

Body is in Fair condition with the normal dints here and there, bed has been bobbed 8" and the rear fender have been trimed. rear bumper is made of 2x4 steel, sliders made from 2x2 steel.

Engine tranny and Tcase are in great shape. the engine blew the HG 2 years ago and cracked the block and Toyota replaced the 3vze with a longblock (have papers) the clutch was replaced at the same time. tranny was rebuilt by my dad 6 month later. Motor runs strong.

It had OBA but the tank was removed......could easily be set back up, extra compressor included.
Rocklights just installed 2 weeks ago. new battery 6 months ago. New Aluminum tool box 1 month ago.

Issues.......the front yoke on the xfer case doesn't match the drive shaft? PO is supposed to be sending me a double drilled yoke for the t-case. The rear chevy springs are 2000 model ones that move the axle farther back, a drive shaft is included for the regular 63" springs, the front doors dont lock-fully funtional otherwise, either the CB or the Rock lights are draining the battery- taken the fuses out for now = no problem, the idle is irradic at times? factory oil gauge doesn't work.........all minor things that could be fixed in a weekend.

Are you looking for any particular year? I got a 1990 toyota camry four door 5spd that is in outstanding shape. The absolute only thing wrong with it is that the AC needs to be recharched and the clear coat is pealing a little off the hood. Other than that it runs and drives like new. Just a shot.

I am really looking for something newer.......but you can send me pics and I will get back to you.......also more info like miles/maintenence.

I think it's gonna be too much of a hastle to try and get it reg'd in CA. at this point don't hold it for me. Ok, I know Ive been thinkin for a while, aobut the Saturn previously offered. I also have a fairly bone stock, but nice 84 4 runner, that Ive been saving to turn into a nice 4 wheel project. It runs perfect (22r), and has cold AC, and new 31 tires. The bad is, its stuck in second (the reason I aquired it cheap). If I had the tranny fixed at standard transmission here in Ft. Worth (VERY big manual transmission rebuild shop, very reputable), I would be interested in a trade, would you??? Allow me some leway here, Im thinkin and typing at the same time, Ill PM u my number again (talk tommorrow), so we could discuss pos/negs.......

I got a 92 4runner, 31 ats 90+ tread 15x10 black rockcrawlers, and k&n air intake, 143k, engine rebuilt @ 120k, flowmaster. not lifted or anything. Was going to make it my project, but its to pretty to bash up!

Still waiting to hear back. My damn bank is so slow! I bugged them today but they said they were behind? WTF? Anyways I will keep you posted and try to get this done ASAP!

Think I'm too far away, but I've got a 93 std cab 4x4, 220k, burns no oil, still gets 20 mpg, runs perfect no oil leaks plenty of squirrel power to turn new cooper sst tires(no ac), body has few dents, but overall a cleeeeen truck, it's my dd now. Oh yeah, has a killer stereo but totally stealth (sattelite reciever, custom 10" sub enclosure built onto back wall (seat still goes all the way back except last notch) 6 1/2" components and 2 high end mmats amps to power it all)... just a thought Oh yeah, have a 94 accord ex 2 door as well, lowered (properly with eibach springs, tokiko (sp?)struts) 18" wheels, complete video system, 93k I think?

Sorry need a x-tra cab or a 4 door car.......... really need a car.

How is this thing on the road? Approx mileage? any shimmees or wandering or anything lik ethat? Looking for a rig I can drive to and from trails some that are hours away. A little more than I was looking to spend but could make cash offer...
