Okay I am custom fabbing everything for the suspension of my flatty using stock wrangler springs. I have a pile of bushings that i am using. Some are stock replacement poly bushings and others are RE poly bushings. There are 2 kinds. 1 is 1.25" OD and the others are 1.5" OD. The 1.25" OD fits fine in both sides of the leaf packs. So my question is what are the 1.5" OD ones used for, is it the shackle to frame bushing?

Also what parts do I need to grease while installing them? Between the leaf eye and bushing?, between the bushing and sleeve?, between the bolt and sleeve i know I need to grease.

Wrangler bushings come in two sizes. I use the 1.25" ones with 1.5" .125 wall DOM tubing when I fab stuff.
