V-Drive motor?

I used to terrorize Folsom lake In a 19' 1962 Monkey Deck Rayson Craft with a 392 crash box v-drive when I was going to Sierra collage in the mid 80's

$8000 for 800hp ain't a bad price at all - I've took apart a:nuke: 432 chevy small block that ran on alky about :crybaby2: :crybaby2: :crybaby2: :crybaby2: alot doing it. ( yea prolly cuz it WAS worth 17K in parts) It made 600ft pounds of torque @ 5500 rpm and a little over 800 hp. - wish i would seen it on the dyno   :smokin:

had a 632 for a boat that that made 811 hp -
the 380 chevy was dyno'd later was bad - twisted it to 8500 rpm and ~750 ponies
500 mopar stroker 732hp - sounds BAD ASS!! in the car - would make a good Dakota engine :D

$8k is pretty damn cheap for an engine of that magnitude. Bill Mitchell's start at like 9K for just a little 540

if money was no object i would have a 632 eagle on jucie in a tubbed '67 Camaro SS:eek: :D
