I want to know if it is possible to run full hydro steering on a Waggy 44, Can the axle take it ? I realize it can rip the knuckle off if the tire becomes fully wedged but I am a decent driver so Im not to worried about that, Also I never dirve it on the road and I dont care about return to center so can I do it ? who has done it what are the draw backs? thanks Guys and gals!:usa:

918-341-1722 ask for Casey, they have all the stuff at a reasonable price but the big issue is which orbital vavle you choose. The setup they build although I have not yet driven seems awsome and is driven on the highway occasionally. The orbital vavles they deal are char-lynn and to my knowledge are the best available and are about $250 new then you can find your own ram and pump.

Edit: tell him that Collin told you to call.

My brother in law has it on his CJ-5. He bought a complete set up from Howe for somewhere around $900 - 1200 ( I can't remember what he said ). It works great. He pisses people off by being able to open palm the wheel with the tires wedged. He has a 44 that is Scout width. The only problem he has is that he isn't able to use the entire 8" of stroke that the ram has. He has about 6.5" of throw. The reason is the tires hit the springs. I'm doing it to my Chevy 44 in a couple of months.
