I need feedback on which way to go. Pros and cons on either setup. Who's extened arms are a better way to go?

Manual or auto??
Wristed or extended??
Black or cream and sugar??

Everyone has beat this to death do a search for good info I have a wristed arm home made no bushing just a grease fitting I love it works great rides stock when pined I carry an extra pin after losing a pin. I did not like the extended because of the body roll I have not ever driven one with extended arms but my Bronco drives like a wet sponge with the front arm unpinned on the service roads so I think that I would be unhappy with a extended arm because it will not ever preform like stock.

This comes up every couple months, do a search and im sure you will find some great info.
