F150prerunner 02-02-2004, 07:10 PM I jsut got a warn oil pan skid plate. anyone else runnign this. it look a bit flimsier than i thought. any one whos runing it comment before i put this on please. braxton357 02-02-2004, 08:15 PM Idk what engine youre running, but since its a warn product, I'm ASSuming its on a heep. A log put a big dent in my EB oil pan, so I banged it out and got a 4" wide piece of .25" steel, grinded on it for a long while, and welded it to the bottom of the pan with a few beads. Total cost: idk, but it was scrap steel, so not very much. I would suppose that yours would be easier as its probably a flat surface (for a stick on skid plate to work). Just thought I'd throw that out since you haven't any responces. Go to "profile" at the top of the page, then to change profile, then just change your username where it says "username" you can only do it like once ever 7 days or so though.
