How long are FJ60, FJ55 rear springs? Center pin locations? Looking to stretch w/base, improve shackle angle. Thanx

Use the 55 rear spring they are around 3" longer than 40s look at ih8mud.com theres a great write up on the swap

Thanx, I'll check there. I've got an FJ40 on 2" lift springs (sua), looking for more flex, a little lift

I put FJ60/62 springs on the rear of my 40.
I think they are about 3"-3 1/2" longer than the 40 springs.
The pin is still offset, but the added lenght is allmost all in front of the pin. I moved the solid hanger forward to keep the rear axle
close to the stock location (back just a little), and the shackle
angle is going to work out good.
