What kind of answers are you expecting with a (lack of) description like that? It all depends on your shit, no one way will work on all rigs. The only thing I can say in general is to either get a 2 into 1 muffler or get a y pipe. Use one smallish muffler, then a turndown right after it. The bronco originally had dual cherry-bombs on it. cut both pipes of before the Tcase, put a 90* elbow on the left side and ran it to the right pipe then to a cutout, then to a cheapo 13" autozone muffler into a turndown. The cable operated cutout is just there for the coolness of it:D

Nope, no pics. But basically all I did was make them meet on the pass. side right behind the Tcase, and mounted the muffler vertically with it up high, then terminated the exhaust before it got anywhere near where the links will be. Its got no top though, so I cannot comment on fumes entering the cab or anything.

so did your muffler dump end up just above the rear driveshaft?

not a great pic but it might help. I got a the shortest muffler I could find (from Summit) and attached it right behind the CAT & turned it down there. the upper link is close but it squeezes by...

I'm not having to go around links and stuff but here's what I did

Heres a try with your to give you an idea. If you want 2 just duplicate it in reverse on the other side. Hpoe this might help ya out. The shop up town wouldn't do this for me so I bought some bends from him and did it myself at home.

the muffler I found to use. its 2.5" in and a 12" glasspack design w/a 3.5" turn down. I think I will have to cut the turn down off and short'n it. Thanks for the pics they are helpful.

Not much of a muffler. If you're going to do that, may as well put glass-packeds on each side and make it easier.

jeepster tubs don't really afford that kinda space down the sides.

The exhaust is routed from the pass side and around the front of the motor to the driverside to allow room for the t-case on the pass side.

im to olazy to read everything. did you want just 1 muffler? either way why not just tuck it up with the body and have like 4-6 inch tail pipe out eh muffly ending over the rear axel?

Come on man, just get creative. Nobody is gonna be able to tell you how to do it the best way without having the rig in front of them. Just run it up along those upper tubes straight out to the back

I am gonna attempt to use a Camaro muffler tucked up in my frame where a stock tank should be on a Jeep. Just have to squeeze on tube through.
