I own a 92 Dodge with an auto trans, and as of late it goes into OD but shifts in and out at random and at any speed I checked the fluid and it is fine but A little bubbley (aggitated) I know nothing of auto transmissions as this is the first one i've owned. Its worked fine for the three years I've owned it but it seems weird that only overdrive is affected. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Todd out.

Sounds like a sensor problem. Which I don't know though. Anybody?

Now that you mention that, It is an electronic overdrive. Maybe i'll read up on how that POS works. Todd out.
PS thanks for making me think.

Chrysler Autos take a different type of fluid. Make sure you have Type 3 fluid or 7176 fluid.
You are checking the fluid level while the tranny is in neutral correct???

I assume that auto is behind a CTD, judging from your sig. TPS is pretty notorious for getting out of adjustment on those rigs.
