ok if i was you i would just run a 3" bodylift, tweak the torsion bars till it sits level with the back and run 315/75-16 tires (35x12.50-16 equals) and run them on your stock rims....they will rub the frame but not bad enough to limit your steering radius....i am running 315s on a stock 96 chevy on the stock rims...had to do a lil trimmin to make them fit without the bodylift...but with a bodylift you'll be fine....i wouldnt spend the money on the IFS lift, because on a IFS truck you really dont gain anything over the bodylift.....of corse there is allways the SAS to think about...just ditch the IFS and go SAS which i am doing on my 90 excab chevy....but since your only running 35s i dont think that would be that practical for you

a while back four wheeler did a 4"?? lift on that era F150. they actually lost about 4 inches of flex after the lift. go witht he body lift for sure. if you get some nice wheels, get them with a smaller backspacing to get rid of the frame rubbing, 315/75 are great, anything bigger nad youll start to wear stuff out, any smaller, and well.....ya, go with them. you should be happy with the 3" body lift.
