It fits behind the back seat of a jeep. It was covered with black herculiner. It is made of thick aluminum. It weights about 45lbs.

Height on the back; 16.75in
Height on the front. 17in The front is sloped to fit neatly behind a CJ or YJ seat;
Each side has a 4.50in lip
