Okay this is my project for tomorrow and I was wondering what the easiest way to do it is. Do I have to remove the fan shroud and the radiator or is there an easier way?

You can unbolt the fan from the water pump w/o removing anything & if I rember correctly the fan can pulled by removing the alternator belt. I've done it 4 or 5 times but I still cant remember exactly how I did it. it takes about 1-hour to swap b/c the fan clutch bolts are a pain to put back on. also if your replaing the clutch go w/ a toyota clutch or rebuild your own. the after market ones never work right & end up making things worse than before.

Just remove the shroud. The way I do it is undo the nuts holding the fan to the water pump (pain in the arse), then set the fan/clutch down on the bottom lip of shroud. Undo the shroud bolts and take it all out at once.
From what I remember, you can't take just one out at a time.

When you put it all back together, and are putting the nuts back on for the fan, don't slide the fan all the way back on the w.p. shaft as there is no clearance for the nuts to go on the studs. (doesn't make too much sence, but you 'll see). pull the fan assy out about 1/2" or so then start all of them before you tighten the first one...
