I saw some sweet MT Classic II rims but they do not make them with enough back spacing to fit my 70 FJ40. The guy at the wheel shop says it is due to my tie rod ends, can I reverse these? Has anyone done this or do I just need to find some rims that will fit? I want to run 37x12.50x15 tires, what rims should I use? I also want to run beadlocks(view my other post)Send in some pics of your rims and tires and what size, who makes em, and where to find em. Also, how much back spacing they have. Thanks, Matt <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I know a guy who did it on his SO fj60 axled 40. It worked out pretty good. He made the R/S arm a double for the crossover at the same time.
It screws up the Ackerman angle but it isn't that great even on a stock Cruiser.
