Sorry, it's not everyday I fawkin flip over high quality rattle can spray paint, but I gotta say that "HAMMERITE" is killer schtuff!!! After a couple primerless coats it comes out just like powdercoat and is way durable, thick too....just a tip for fellow misers. It comes in Gun Metal Grey (black), Silver-Grey and some other :barf: green...

say what, the stuff sucks, chips WAY too easily, only way to do it without chipping is the brush on stuff..

I ve used Hammer-rite:D on my KC housings - worked great - if ya prepped the surface right I sprayed the unside of my toy with it tiL i ran out :eek: (good thing my buddy gave me a case of it :D- he worked at a paint store- I tend to get rattle can happy:p :smokin: ) Kinda sucks that its like $7 a can though :(

I would definately disagree (my opinoin only)...It's done great holding up to the weather here in Utah and no chipping... As ugly as my truck is, I dont think I would "brush" on anything.....:rolleyes:

The brush on version leaves no strokes and actually has more of a hammered finish... Even with prepping I have had the stuff chip.

I painted my entire undercarriage and the front axle with it and all is holding up well. I think that the stuff works great too
