1) The drivers side has no bumpstop on my rear axel, it's on the passenger sode but not the drivers side.

2) If I use a 2 inch aftermarket lift shackle with a chevy swap will I still be able to run stock driveline?


It's for an 85 4runner.

Somebody forgot to put it back on at some point. They dont just fall off. Yes, you need it.

Most likely, but it seems to vary from one rig to the next. I installed 3 inch rear lift, and had to install some wdges to rotate the pinion up in order to prevent lotsa driveline vibration. When I went to 5 inch lift, I had to have a CV added to the d-shaft to get rid of the vibes - its smooth as silk now, tho.
