Any 6 lug wheel will fit. The only thing you even need to watch out for is backspacing. That becomes a problem with drum brake cruisers when installing aftermarket wheels, but the 4-runner wheels should fit just fine.

I think there are clearance problems on the calipers due to the back spacing of the newer rims. I am not certain but it is what I have heard.
