: spotter helmets

Since we(spoters) will have to wear helmets this year what is everyone wearing. I'm trying to find something that isn't heavy and under a hundred bucks. thanks

For spotting we use skate helmets but for uroc's spotter ride the spotter will need a dot approved helmet aswell.

For outside the vehicle, mountaineering and kayak helmets are also lightwieght and can be found for under $100.
REI carries some.

Go to youre local bike shop and get a Skate/BMX freestyle helmet and still save 70 bucks and help out a small business person.Fawk Walmart and REI/Sierra Club!!

Yep, I just made th Surf N Skate owner a little bit wealthier with my new helmet...I think he already owns a Ferrari:eek: :D

I'll try and find a skate shop but there arn't any around here.

I picked up a protec today for 40 and it looks like it will work great nice and light. I wore it home while riding in my buddys car and the looks I got were great.:rolleyes:
