Man, HOWEL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have set up my own TBI using all GM parts but need the Prom burnt to work correctly for a AMC 360 motor but the guy will not sell me a prom unless I purchase his $300.00 wiring harness! Now that is bullshit!
