I have a set of Rusty's extreme 6" rear Xj springs to replace my standard sagging 6"er's. The bushings in them are the same width as the spring as where tha stockers and the ones in the 1st set of springs are wider to keep the spring centered in the frt. spring mount. These narrow ones allow the spring to shift on the bolt and although they flex in the mount...they sound like hell. Whats the deminsion of YJ spring width, bush. dia. etc.? Or should I just go to the local spring shop and find what I can?

just call rusty up and tell him the problem and get him to fix it. He's pretty good about fixing problems, I'm not to fond of his products but his CS is pretty good

Hey Chark :flipoff2: Happy new year buddy!
I'd fear for those front mounts on GG if the spring is shifting side-to-side much. Lotsa stress to go along with that noise IMO.
Is the ID of the new spring-eye the same as the old springs? If so swap in your most servicible looking bushings or holler to Rusty for some wider ones in the proper OD.
Or be cheap as hell and slide some bronze washers in there and wheel it!
Be cool...say hi to the Mrs and Corey for me!
