Though not as bad as Nolens...it sucked. First time out with the new 350 and I slung the front d-shaft which also took out the front output on the t-case. Think I've found a t-case and and front output cone so I can have a spare. Should be able to have it ready for the roundup but its going to be cutting it close.

There are 2 brgs that fit these, make sure you do not mix and match the brg and races, as it will cause the same type breakage, don't ask how I know.....

I was....I was going to get gas before heading home and the t-case was still in 4wd because the tranny cover hadn't been modded yet to put it into 2wd. I was getting next to cars and letting the engine roar....

Do you/will you have some spare transfer case parts left over? I'm converting my '76 FJ40 to a 3-speed case and am looking for a few parts (see my post in the "Wanted" section.

Thanks.

John, I don't think I'll have anything left over since I'm just going to replace the front cone and get a spare t-case later down the road. All I'll have left over probably is the front busted cone. Sorry
