Anybody...

before going outside to dismantle this combo just to see what it
has inside, (Leaving the girls inside to DESTROY the house while I'm outside doing all this) I'd thought I'd throw this out there to
see what the consensus is..

does anyone know what spline the rear output of the T-400 would have? I know the D-18 should have a female 10/6 spline
input. The adapter peice is only 2.5" long. I've tried looking at
AA's website, it isn't specific enough. ANy insight on what's inside?

I've got one of these sitting in my carport. I'm at work so I cant see it, but the adapter has a bearing snap ring'd into it and the t-case input gear is a specific piece in that it is the standard gear for the t-case except, it has the female th-400 splines on the inside of the gear and it is a press (maybe light) into the bearing in the adapter. the th400 output is large, approximately 1.5" and fine spline in the mid to hi 30's (spline count) Mine is a factory adapter, not AA. If you need more info, pm or email me and I'll take a closer look. hth:eek:
