I've got an AMC 304 V8, and I want to put on the TBI kit... Which one should I go with? I want to bolt in a new Edelbrock Performer Intake as well, does anyone know will both kits bolt up to this? They cost the same, but which one is better? Thanks.
I had the holley on my 360, it was ok when it worked the fuel pumps are junk though.:mad3:

I have the Howell kit on my 401 and have a performer intake, never had any problems and the install was very simple.

If you are interested in Holly Pro-jection, my brother in law has
one he took off his Jeep. It only has about 1000 miles on it.
He got tired of allways adjusting it, so he went back to the
motor-craft 2bl, and is happy now.

A good friend of mine had the pro-jection and is was pretty high maintenance. I have heard good things about the howell setup.

The install was really simple, mount the adapter install the TBI. Decide where to rout the fuel lines install the pump. Put on the wiring harness which was very well labeled I might add. Fire it up and let the computer learn the engine. No big deal took me an afternoon of tinkering and it was done. As for cost if I remember right it was about $ 1200. :D
