I have a 1983 F350 and the truck cab is rusted out. Does anyone know what years will interchange? Anyone know of one for sale in the Kansas area? Thanks so much.

pretty much any 150, 250 350 cap will go in that. There are slight variations in body lines and grills and such but any thing from 80 to somewhere around 90 should be a good doner, unless you have a bed that you want to match perfectly.
Pre 86 carbed models will be a direct replacement with holes in fire will matching what you have.
