Im looking for insurance for my rig, and almost every place i go they ether want to setup my truck as comercial or wont except it because of the way it looks, i have a custom flatbed with tool boxes, i can afford 150$mo max, i got quoted $104mo, 300$ down, at another place, then they called after all the paper work was done two days later, and said they would not cover my vehicle, because of the flatbed.

What do i do????

Your trying to get full coverage aren't you!

If you just get collision most places don't need to see the vehicle therefore they don't know it's a flatbed.

Whoops I got my words mixed up in my earlier post.

So your telling me they want to see the vehicle to insure it just for liability.

What insurance are you using.

I went to the allstate office and said my wife and I need insurance she needs full coverage and I just need the minimum.
Bam they didn't have to look at anything. We just signed the paperwrk and we were off.

I was just going to say to pull the bed off and tell them you were trying to find a replacement for the mangled one that was on it.
