ok give me some hints. Im looking to get some 33 12.50 to 35 tires. (Im working on an 84 nissan.) But any way i got a friend that says you can get tires from army surplus. I have seen it on jeeps, so i thought what the hell ill try it on this truck. But the problem is where do i start. Do any of you know of a good Army Surplus or salvage site on the net.





(( 84 nissan 4x4)) z24 swap getting cheverlot 368 hp. flat bed( no tires yet) work in progress) swap the IFS on front for single axel. Rancho shocks. 4.10 gearing ratio to 4.88.

Ohh, and as for tires, I suggest some new tires when you can afford them, or just try a tire store for something cheap and in allright shape.

Don't mind TRed :flipoff2: , welcome to the board. Lets see some pics of the truck, sounds like a good project. What axle are you using? What transmission, Tcase?

I don't know too much about military tires, but check the forsale section, you can usually find 5 35s on 6 lug wheels for about $600.
