Hey all,

i recently bought a 1980 toyota pickup, im not concerned about the steering hardness rather than how WIDE it takes to turn, just to turn right onto a road i have to go into the other lane (and thats with it turned all the way)

any way to improve turning radius?



and while were at it (although not important) anyway to improve turning easeness?

Check a couple of different things, Start with your steering stops they could be adjusted real close, check and make sure that your drag link is not binding with your u bolts or springs or any other thing down there. Also is it just right turns that it is wide or both?

Both, when i turn in a culdasac (sp) if im turning left i have to go wide, then back into someones driveway then go again to make teh turn....
