My wife and I are moving to up state new york and our new house has about a 300 yard driveway. Anyone ever put a snow plow on hteir fj62? How did it work and did you mount it with an arb bumper or not? Thanks for the help

I would not know how to get in touch with this guy but when I used to travel alot I ran into a guy in upstate michigan that plowed with one and he loved it the only thing that he had done to it was a HD OME replacement springs and an add-a-leaf in the front to handle the plow up driving.
If you want to plow your own driveway, buy yourself an old beater F250 and use that, don't bother tagging or insuring the thing. Don't destroy the front suspension in your Cruiser.
I bought an '84 pickup a few years ago, it was mostly a plow truck for 3-4 years for an older gentleman, he never drove it otherwise. Every single bearing, seal, steering joint, and both front springs were JUNK when I tore it apart.
Plowing is very hard on a vehicle. My advice is to pay someone else to do it, let them beat up their truck. You'll be money ahead.

I like the pos idea! But I don't want to store it. So plowing pounds on the vehicle then I'm sure I don't want to do it.
