Just had a baby girl a few months ago and I have realized that with her and my wife there is not a whole lot of room in my '74 40 for trips. I am thinking about selling it so I can get a 60. If anyone knows of someone who is looking for a 40 that is in pretty good shape please have them email me, or if you know of a clean 60 please let me know. The specs on the 40 are:

original F motor 98500 miles
OME suspension with greasable shackles, spring hangars, and steering stabilizer
ARB bull bar
corbeau CR1 grey buckets with 4 point harnesses
Tuffy center console w/stereo compartment
Rear expandable storage box
33x12.5 BFG AT KO on 15x10 Eagle Alloy rims
Not installed but with it:
Complete Flaming River/Borgeson power steering kit with pump and box
safari snorkel
mini truck disc brakes
bushwacker fender flares
probably a few other things I can't think of right now

I would really like to get 7200-7500 for the 40 so I could afford to get a decent 60 to start playing with. Thanks

Are you looking for a bone stock 60 or one that's already built?

I am planning to sell my 86 FJ60. It's a 5/86 mfg date w/38mm idler shaft in the t-case. It's bone stock in good shape. Fairly new BFG ATs on black Rockcrawler wheels. Calif. vehicle with zero rust, about 125k miles.

Your FJ40 sounds pretty nice, shame to have to give it up.

I can take pics if you're interested.

send me some pictures of your 60. I would like to get a stock one that I could spring over. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to purchase it until I sold the 40. Let me know what you are asking with the pictures.
