the driver's side inner should slide right in and the passenger side inner chevy needs to be cut and resplined. they already have the bigger 297 joints and are beefier than the stock EB shafts with 260 joints so run em til you break em. the other stuff should bolt right up but your tie rod will be in a different place (i think higher than on a stock eb but not persactly sure).

:) Yes, you can swap the Chevy Out knuckles on your EB housing and run chevy out.
Match your outer shaft to the Chevy parts, and inner to EB. Said above you can use the CHevy stub side shaft. To get teh exact axle shaft lenghts see my web page.

The Chevy stuff is easy and if you are going 5x5x5 you can use the Ford hub/rotor with the small chevy spindle or use stuff from any for solid axel.

I would recommend using the Ford rotor with the Chevy disc brake set up. the Chevy floating desing is superior to the Ford design by a wide freaking margin.

I would concur on using Chevy brakes, Ford Hub and Rotor, Chevy spindle, and whatever knuckle you have, Chevy or Ford. IMO, Ford brakes are shiat compared to the, umm do I have to it....chevy. Ugh.

NO  Don't run different spindles on different knuckles. The rotor will not line up with the caliper.

ALWAYS keep the knuckle and spindle the same! Always, and if you can the outer axle shaft.
