The following are bills that we have been watching during the past 60 day legislative session, which just ended on March 11th.
HB2302 - Restricting beach driving; HB6186 - Establishing the Legacy Trust for recreation and conservation; and HB2356 - Lawful to operate an off road vehicle upon a nonhighway road unless the responsible governing body including state, federal or local authorities prohibits such use of off road vehicles - all three bills died in either the House Fisheries,Ecology & Parks or Senate Rules Committees. I understand HB2356 will more than likely be reintroduced for consideration during the next legislative session.
