What adapters/gear swaps are required to attach a gear driven transfer case (currently attached to a G52) to a R150F (V6) transmission?

You'll also need a 23 spline input shaft for you tcase. Either a stock one from a turbo tcase, or a 23 spline 4:1 gearset will do the job. Check my products page ....
