'88 was the first year of the V6.


If its not a V6 3rd, it aint worth $150 ;)

yeah 88 had the v6 available you can look at the carrier and tell real quick like. but the 4cyl thirds are worth like 50 maybe 60 bucks with 4:10 gears anyway depending on condition

If you can see the spider gears clearly and there are two of them then it is a 4cyl carrier. if it looks like a full housing then it is liekly to be a 6cyl or lsd
