Have been scouring the yards for a D30 from 95.5 or newer xj(HP-non disconnect). How easy or hard is it to just repalce the passenger side D30 Axle tube on my 91 YJ? Already got the front regeared and locked. Cost VS Benefit????

I don't see it being worth your time, as long as your not already bent.
Randy's has 297x 1 piece inner shaft conversions pretty cheap.
If your chunking gearsets I would be thinking about retubing a 9", the RC D30 helps but unless its is just that cheap I would not put my time into that mod.

Are you just trying to get of the vacuum disconnect? Why not switch over to TJ axel shafts in the front? I few in my club have done that.

Only the 95.5 will have a HP non-disconnect. 97's+ are not HP. Just a heads up...
As said before, switch to a 1 piece axle and cap the vaccum actuator hole. Cost effective for what you seem to want to accomplish.
