We could not have possibly pulled off the Boulevard Brawl without a lot of help.

First, even before the event, we had a couple of clean up days. Thanks to all of those who toilled in the heat dragging brush.

You are more than welcome, Rich. It was definitely my pleasure! Even though I am still walking funny from busting my arse on those damned ball bearing covered rocks all weekend. And, the same to you, big guy. You and yours did one hell of a job!

I am looking forward to Cougar Buttes and am anxious to see if I can make it out to work for ya again (it was just that damned much fun... again).

Along the same lines...
2400 miles worth of diesel fuel: $400ish
Weekend's worth of groceries: $100
Used trailer wheel and tire bought from some dude in a dusty Cali town, to replace the one that might still be in Arizona: $40
Two fuel pumps burned up in as many days: $250

Atlas installed in a campground...
Watching Camp do the backstroke in the dirt, thinking he's about to be run over...
Watching smoke billow off of tires that have only been run for three days...
Wondering why the rig didn't rollover out of the first big hole in A2...
Stickwelded spliced-n-lengthened driveshafts...
Learning to drive in B5...
Checkin' out the eye candy (don't tell the wife! ;) )...

Plenty of priceless memories to one day tell the grandkids about... :)

Rich, thanks for the memories, and I'm sure we'll be back to make some more. :) :) :)

Best part of the weekend is when those boarder crosser guys came running though the stage that DSI was running. Right behind them was a Boarder Patrol Jeep TJ chasing them. The guy does the vertical climb and then around the corner after the illegals. So DSI says "ok, if he can do it then I can too." 8 seconds later we're all yelling for a recovery rig. ;)
