http://www.klunev.com/page_toyota_landcruiser.htm

I just got off the phone with Klune V and they said they designed this for the FJ-40 4 speed transmission and transfer case, both 4 speed and split.

Total driveline addition is only 8 inches!!!!

Crawlbox is $1895 and the front and rear adapters are going to run $795 (est).

I have wheeled these and they are sweet! You can have your stock "crawl" and the smooth shifting tough Land Cruiser tranny PLUS the ability to drop the bottom out by selecting the Klune.

Giddy up. If I was not 10 feet deep in an Atlas I would do a TLC 4 speed, Klune V, NP205.

Maybe on the next trail rig <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

for the price I would still get the atlas.

I just cant get past the whimpy front out put
on my tlc case.

It just amazes me that it holds up at all.

how come the pinion shaft breaks more
often than the front out put shaft????

From what I understand, the front transfer case output has nearly 50% less torque delivered at the yoke than in the rear.

I don't understand it, but when I bought my Altas I paid the extra $200 to upgrade to 32 splines on the front anyway.

For the record, if I were to do it (Klune) I would do a Toyota 4 speed/Klune/NP205
