only one i know of is speed glass, but i think for your application they do not have a custom one, so you have to buy a big flat piece and cut it. i dont know how you would seal it though, it being flat and all.

you have to use laminated glass for street legality.

assuming you are requesting this for a trail only vehicle:

lexan, its like a really strong plexiglass, they use it in most all of the motorsports: nascar, nhra, etc.

kinda expensive, probably about 200 a sheet, and a sheet may make one, possibly 2 peices

Lexan and poly windshields scratch super easy - even just cleaning it will scratch it. You will need lots of plastic polish. Speedglass is way cool but super expensive.

Edit- speedglass is what they use in motorsports. The shatter characteristics of lexan and poly are kinda scary. It breaks in big - body stabbing pieces.

speed glass is really hard to scratch, even with a key. its shatter proof and flexible. 50/75% lighter than glass. excellent clarity chemical resistant, can be cleaned with glass cleaner, excellent water shedding abilities.
expensive? depends. 40"x 72" largest size i think. $199
24" x 28" $149 there are sizes in between. but they are flat. oh and they are 1/8" thick. not dot leagal though.:flipoff2:

Thanks for the responses.

I think, if there is not any manufacturers of Toyota specific Polycarbonite windshields, I will probably go with glass again.
