: 205 stick or auto?

Friend of mine got a 79 f-250 with C-6/203 combo. We have a 205/435 combo. Will the 205 T/C (stick) bolt to back of C-6? Or can we use 203 and 205 as a doubler type thing. Anyone?Thanks.

it'll bolt right up with the C6 adapter... crossmember & d-shafts will be different though
