i just sat the truck down on the springs and the crossover hits the oil pan. axle is 1" forward and about 4" of lift. anyone had this problem or know any solutions?

Yep this is comon, you need to move the axle forward 1.5" to clear and then you still may need a little oil pan rework. Bumpstops will be needed to limit up travel too.

Mine clears fine with the D44. I moved the axle forward 1.5-2" There is currently a post on here about swapping in an oil pan from a t100, but mine already had a rear sump pan.
