O.K. so it's not really hardcore but I bought a used winch and I needed to build a bumper. 2 x 4 inch 3/16 wall tubing for the bumper. 1/4 inch plate for the winch mount. 1.5 inch od .120 wall tubing for the roller mount. Back bolts of the winch also attach to the round cross tube between the frame rails. I welded 2 pieces of angle iron to the tube which are also gusseted. So what do you think?:D

it looks pretty good but i would have made it alittle narrower so the tire can catch ledges a bit easier. nice work though.
