Pulled the truck out of it's year long home to start on the road to finishing it....Gonna relocate the gas tank up higher- Flush with the bottom of the frame. Also planning on bringing the sheetmetal from the back of the cab in, so that it tapers to the width of the frame in the back. Gonna build a frame of some kind and bolt the fender skins to that. Gonna cut the end of the frame off behind the spring hangers. Woulda got further today, but it started raining...

Sure thing dude. I'm always down to meet more wheelin buddies. Weekends are best- I work nights. The truck and my "shop" are at my gramps place on Greenhorn Rd.

Shackle flip that beast and get rid of those blocks!

I've got a Springer/AK-57 set up to install one of these days. Blocks are from my ignorant days. :flipoff2: :D

love that double cab. that thing gives me a woody, especially the pics you put up of it in the "show me that ass" post before the bedsides. Were you planning on painting it green?
