got new springs in the front 4inch procraps, and they dont quite match my rear 4inchers, whats the best way to sag them where they are flat, Ive flexed it up a little, and now Ive got the winch ran down to the axle tube, and about 600lbs, haning from the bummper, will they stay flat or not? any ideas, I guess wheeling on them would help to.

I agree with 66cjdean but leave the weight on the bumper.

WHEEL EM! and whenever you get the chance to STUFF a front tire flexin DO IT. Logs, stumps, big rocks, dirt banks just work em, break em in. I've even tried Hi-Liftin one side up all night cuz it sags on the passenger side.

take a leaf out. Friend is running Pro-crap springs and i think he has 3 leafs rear 4 front now and it flexes descent but still keeps its height

TNToy has it right..
get a case in you and head to the local bar shortly before closing time. Moonlite Hog hunting... !!! bring 'em back to the shag pad and tell them you can only get the dumb stick to flex while in your rigg.. after you get your springs creakin, reach over and spray some lube between the cracks( "it"and the springs). A few hours of repeated abuse and you should have some well flexed springs. be aware not to try a dunky punch or other agrivating position as this might over flex your springs beyond the maximum limits.

Good luck

disclaimer.. this can be taken in many contexts but should only be read as using non technical jargon in reference to professional terminology. this has no under meaning in any way.

I have a similiar issue going on right now with my RE 4.5" leafs. Even without the spare tire on the back the front is visibly higher than the back. I am really hoping they break in because it looks pretty stupid right now. It is bad enough that everyone comments on it when they see it.

Putting a string across the spring eye's then measuring to the spring I've got 6" of arch in the back and 7.5" in the front. And that's with no load on, just the spare on the back. From everything I had read ahead of time the 6" was right around were I was expecting it to land before it was broken in. Why the front is so blasted high I have no idea.

They only have one wheeling trip on them so far, so I'm hoping the front will drop some more once they are broken in. Otherwise I'm not sure what I'll do to try and level it out. When I add a winch in the future that will help some, but with my 250lbs. sitting on the front bumper it doesn't drop much at all so even adding a winch won't do too much.

pull the bottom spring and wheel it awhile... keep that spring around because they very well could sag more then you want. Or you could try replacing one of the leafs with a less arched one (it will still support the weight but not have as much arch hopefully)
