ahhh im friggin going crazy it horible. Ok heres my problem i swaped in an np205 in my 85 f250 and then swaped in a dana 60 in the front. I cant find a drive line to work. any ideas other then spending 400 bucks for a custom or are all hopes lost and get a custom driveline made.
if the NP-205 came with a double-carden joint flange stock then I'd look for a 78/79 Bronco rear drive shaft, or see about a front drive shaft from a 78/79 F-250. both should be long enough to have the tube cut down for under $80.

Sorry about the thread hijack, but I also will need a longer front d-shaft after I get the 203/205 doubler under the truck. I'll need about 8.25-8.5" more out of it.
How long is a stock 78/79 Bronco rear d-shaft?
What u-joints do they have?
For that matter, not to sound too noob:rolleyes: , but what ujoints do I have in my stock front d-shaft? It's a 78 F250, 205 to a 60 with the d/c joint on top if it matters.

time for another hijack...
for those have done a 203/205 double setup, have you considered using a pillow-block setup? Do you think it would have any advantages over just a long, straight front shaft?
