I was thinking one of you know it alls out there could help me with my dilema. I currently have stock axels and was thinking of beefing up my birfields with eliminators or something of the sort. I thaught I heard that stock axels are stronger than or equal to 44's. I'd still have to do the disc brake conv. though. Money and running out of it is an issue. I want to put either 36's or even 38's. I'm done with the lift this week. But I have to keep the position of the pumpkin where it sits stock, in mind. Anyone have any pointers? Are the eliminators worth their wait?

3rd the Longfields....I think mine are finally clicking, but that's over 18 months of abuse on 38.5's....

I think that with all the birf improvements over the last two years that 60s are over rated.
That's just my opinion;)

IN the same boat. Have 2 toy axles, but also have a very healthy v8 and a lead foot. Going to be running 39.5" boggers. Toy axles are damn good axles, but they aren't wide enough for me.

i break my 60 and 14bolt so i know i stock axles would not last under my rig. i don't care what axles you put in them
