So I'm reading the single pulley thread and I start wondering: has anyone tried using the FJ60 passenger motor mount, with the air conditioning bracket mounts, in an FJ40. It looks like it would make a really good jumping point for onboard air except for the fact that the forward battery tray support sticks out there. I was gonna try this in the 65lwb when I replace the motor, but I didn't want to cut the tray support.

I stared at that for a while too, and then went to a co2 bottle. I still have that piece in the shop tho...

Been there done that, gotta move the battery, We did it on a 73.
