Probably not really what you wanna hear, but Jim Allen's "Jeep Performance Handbook" has all that spring rate info. and all sorts of other cool Jeep shit. I'd tell you what it said for the applications you mentioned, but the book is at home and I'm at work... Sorry.

front XJ coils: 150
Front ZJ coils: 180
Rear ZJ coils: who the fawk cares? they're shorter than stock XJ front coils. :D
