We manufacture steel caster shims and have a good stock on the shelf. There machined "FLAT" not cut on a bandsaw and all sizes come with a 3/8" hole.
stock sizes are 2" and 2 1/2" wide

I don`t now what you guys are doing with 12* shims? Your the fourth guy that wanted them, They run $25 each . Let me now what hole size you need and what side the hole is perpendicular to? also what height you want the thin end. I make them from 2"x3" stock and the thin end can be as thick as .950 down to about .125 Thanks Duffy

Mr Manny there are about 40+ sets on the shelf and they run $20+ $7 for shipping ,,, stock ones are about .500 down to .150 thick ,, if you would like some 1.00 down to .650 they run $5 more a set and well take a day or two to custom make..

Thanks for the e-mail reply, Duffy. The 8* shims, drilled to accept the head of the centerbolt (so I can weld 'em on to the perches) and offset a bit, ought to do the trick, if you can set 'em up that way.

I can do any hole size and any angle,,, I have made a lot of custom ones all the way up to 17* and 3" wide .... most of the time the high angle ones are used on the side of the diff were the factory mount was part of the diff casting.

Yepp camber shims for the 404 look easy... I just looked under my 1966 404.1 belgian and it looks like you could do it right were the 4 bolt flange is?
If you can get me a good gasket or a end off a tube I could make some. The only thang is the thin side of it needs to be .125 or it gets to thin to machine.

I have a 93 dodge with d-60 with after market spring packs....

1st question: If you increase rear spring hangers by 1.5" how many degrees caster does that reduce axle caster assuming 24" from axle centerline to spring hanger.

2nd: a 5" shim measures .084" on thin side and .24 on the thick side (how many degree shim is this ?) w/o taking it apart.....

Duffy - thank you very much for sending out those 12* shims so fast. These things are beefy. The 12* ones I got are for 2.5" wide springs - don't know if he ran a batch of wider or not. These things are heavy. Very nice work Duffy.
