Looking into buying a 98 4 runner and trying to find out what aftermarket accessories there are for them out there, everything I found seems to be pre 95? Not looking for anything crazy as the vehicle will be a daily driver and for work but may want to add: rack, front and rear bumpers, sliders, other small stuff. If anyone knows of a good vendor for this year and model truck please shoot me a website link. Oh yeah, I did search and found no info, so..............:flipoff2:

Marlin Crawler offers a dual transfer case that fits both manual and auto 1998 and up Tacoma's and 4Runner's. We offer them in 2.28 and 4.70 versions.

Looks Cool, thank you for the info but I am looking for more "bolt on" type of stuff. Don't plan to change dtrain, etc. I have the 73 fj40 to tinker with and do harder wheeling with. I was able to find some rocker panel protection, but no bumpers yet, looks like arb doesn't make one for the 98?

try yotatech too. Old man emu makes a decent lift and other companies also like sway away makes some pretty nice coilovers. there is a guy on this board that makes a rear bumper and arb and tjm makes a nice front bumper. i hope you do realize that most of this stuff adds up to the cost of many of the vehicles on this board.

Those look nice. I will contact you when I get the truck. Are you able to tweak the design a bit or ?, I was looking for something that was very discrete and tucked closer to the truck a bit, almost to the point you wouldn't notice it was there and would fit into the lines of the truck more. I will be in touch.

thanks,

Noah

one more, do they use all the stock holes on the 98 4runner or does one need to drill?
